Beginnings.

I finally got sick and tired of being chubby.  I want to be able to chase my babies and not feel like a giant is stomping up behind them.  I want to wear cute clothes.  I want to look good for my husband.  I just want to be healthy.
So my starting weight for this journey was 211 lbs.  Yep, that's a lot.  Too much!
After two weeks of watching my intake and walking, I am down to 203.  8 lbs.  Yippe! 
I see the change, but in weird places.  Like my hands. Little J said " Mom your handls lookd good!"
Onward I go.  One day at a time. 
It's a struggle.  It's not even fun most of the time.  So I'm keeping a bit of a journal to keep myself accountable and focused.
